As many as 50 pink tabebuia trees and 7,000 bougainvillea plants will be planted on Jalan Raya Matraman, Matraman East Jakarta, Friday (6/21).
Our target is to complete the planting in the next three weeks
East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Djauhar Arifin, said the planting is aimed to arrange sidewalk along Jalan Matraman to be more beautiful. The arrangement is conducted on both side of sidewalk.

According to him, today's effort involved 15 personnel and attended by sub-districts to sub-agency heads.
Acting East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency's Green Lane and Cemetery Section Head, Randi Putra, explained the planting will be run in stages. As the early stage, 20 pink tabebuia trees with height three to four meter were planted there.
